Changes from the first test include: Luke McAlister replacing Aaron Mauger at second five, Byron Kelleher in for Piri Weepu at half-back and Anton Oliver replaces Keven Mealamu at hooker. The loose trio has seen a number of changes with Rodney So’oialo back at Number 8 in place of Chris Masoe and Jerry Collins replaces Reuben Thorne at blindside flanker.
All Blacks’ coach Graham Henry said that it was always his intention to give every player some game time during the Iveco series and these changes do not reflect on players’ performances from the first test.
Only Mils Muliaina is unavailable due to injury, while the availability of Conrad Smith mean Ma’a Nonu will return to the Junior All Blacks.
